Pow Martinez (born 1981) studied Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines-Diliman and Kalayaan College. A multidisciplinary artist who also does sound art and sound installation, Martinez is currently one of the busiest and most active emerging young artists in Manila. He is a recipient of the 2010 Ateneo Art Awards, a coveted and prestigious award given to young Filipino contemporary artists below 35 years old. He currently lives in Manila, Philippines. Martinez lives and works in Manila.
